Room was spacious and clean, very comfortable beds. I did notice some noise from outside, especially at night. The area has lots of shops and dining options nearby.

I couldn't believe how high the beds were; it felt like I needed a ladder to climb in. Plus, the fridge was a nightmare—everything froze solid! I was so frustrated the entire stay. Definitely not my idea of a getaway.

My stay was amazing, thanks to how close everything was, with attractions like the Old Mill just a 10-minute walk away and The Island in Pigeon Forge only a short stroll of around 2.5 km; the staff was friendly, the rooms comfortable, and I really enjoyed the hot breakfast and the heated indoor pool. While the overall experience was great, I felt the path to the pool from the older building might be a bit inconvenient, so don’t forget your flip flops.

Breakfast was excellent, but our room was dated and needed a thorough cleaning.

The indoor pool was clean and a nice spot for family fun. Our room had a musty smell, which was off-putting.

The location is super close to everything fun. The staff is friendly, and the indoor pool is a decent size for splashing around.
The air conditioning could use a little upgrade.

The thrill rides were insane, and the interactive splash battle was epic. Perfect spot for a crazy adventure with your crew!
Would've been even better with a lively on-site nightclub for some late-night fun! .

Great location right on the strip, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants and shops. The staff was super friendly, and parking was plentiful. Pool and hot tub looked nice but were always crowded. Enjoyed the spacious breakfast area, even though the food was basic and repetitive. The room had good AC, a comfy bed, and a lovely balcony with Dollywood fireworks views. the bathroom felt cramped, and there were cleanliness concerns that need addressing. For the price, it’s a solid option, but I’d hope for more attention to detail next time.

The larger room in the new wing was a great choice. The private balcony offered a fantastic view of the strip, perfect for watching Dollywood's fireworks. The AC was effective, keeping the room cool at all times, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—better than previous stays elsewhere for higher prices. The mini kitchen was practical, featuring a bigger refrigerator than usual. Noise levels were minimal, with no disturbances from neighbors. The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower had excellent water pressure. Breakfast options were basic, with alternating days for eggs or sausage, which was fine for the price.

Check-in was swift, but that's where the positives ended. The assigned room was not clean. Hair on the bed, an unkempt microwave, and a shower with leftover debris? The air conditioning unit was exposed. On the upside, the location was ideal, and the size of the room was generous, providing ample space. The staff was friendly, and breakfast had potential, though choices were limited. The room felt dark and damp. Maintenance is needed—visible mold, cracked tiles, and noisy surroundings. Efficiency is key in hospitality, and these issues reflect poorly on management. This stay could be improved significantly with better cleanliness and attention to detail. Refund processes should be clearer, too; communication is crucial.

Room was updated with two queen beds that were super comfy and spacious we had daily housekeeping that kept everything clean and my kids had a blast in the pool.
It wasn't cheap but we felt it was worth the price.

The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. Breakfast options included coffee, tea, milk, cereal, gravy, and eggs/sausages - a good start to the day.
Felt very lucky to have found it, nothing to complain about

Mini golf with jungle animals and waterfalls was a hoot. The mechanical rides brought out my inner child. And the restaurant's vittles were lip-smacking – pickles and all!
Who needs functional bathroom vent or hassle-free ice when there's hair dryer acrobatics in the shower? .

The location and entrance being outside was a plus, providing a sense of privacy. The indoor pool and hot tub were enjoyable features during the stay.
The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with dirty walls and hair on the bedding. The management's response to issues was lacking, with difficulties in communication and unaddressed maintenance problems.

The adventures in the area were top, notch, like Lightning Rod's thrilling speed and dizzying drop. Our family loved the excitement and rush it brought to our Smoky Mountain vacation. It was the perfect adrenaline, pumping addition to our trip.
My kids wished for a more child, friendly breakfast menu.

Had a great xmas stay! Loved the spacious rooms and yummy breakfast. Super close to the pool and fire pit, which we enjoyed. The staff were friendly and helpful. We'll definitely come back!
The rooms had a slight musty smell upon arrival, but it quickly disappeared. And the breakfast could have had more variety.

So, my recent stay at this place had its ups and downs. The location was pretty convenient, with easy access to the old mill and shopping areas. The indoor pool and hot tub were also quite nice, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. there were a few things that didn't quite meet expectations. The heating and air conditioning in the room were a bit finicky. The air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool, which was a bit uncomfortable, especially on those warmer days. the shower in our room had a mind of its own, constantly fluctuating between hot and cold water temperatures. It made for a not-so-relaxing shower experience, to say the least. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast provided was decent. But, the breakfast menu was the same every day, which got a bit monotonous after a while. the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. There were some areas that seemed like they could have used a more thorough cleaning, like the base of the beds and the nightstand. the stay had its good and not-so-good aspects. I'd recommend this place for its location and amenities, but there are definitely areas that could use some improvement. Just a heads up for anyone considering staying here!

Our stay at this hotel was overall enjoyable. The upgraded room with a jacuzzi was a nice touch and provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The soundproofing made the room incredibly quiet, allowing us to sleep in without any disturbances. The location was excellent, with convenient access to downtown, grocery stores, and children's attractions. The staff, especially Courtney, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast room was spacious and well-stocked, and the lady keeping it clean and hot was friendly and attentive.
The pull-out couch was extremely uncomfortable, akin to laying on barbwire. This was a disappointment, and we ended up paying for another hotel after the first night.
